An online course for Russian school students in topology, with topics ranging from the classification of surfaces to knot theory. Lectures take place in English on Sundays at the elementary school DNTTM in Moscow, Russia. These are filmed and produced by Alexander Spivak, and made available on YouTube at the link on the left.

I have taught a variety of undergraduate mathematics, from precalculus to discrete mathematics. I have also branched out to instruct a class in public speaking in science! Beyond the classroom, I have been a mentor and a "math circle" leader. Click the link on the left for more details.

After teaching for several years, one develops (perhaps strong!) opinions on how best to help students learn. The link on the left describes what I see as my purpose as a teacher of mathematics, and my ideas and strategies to achieve this purpose.
